Shipping

All items made in the Thread + Sprout studio are shipped from San Francisco, CA via USPS. These include made-to-order and ready-to-ship pieces as well as art, stickers and prints. All pre-made items (including ready-to-ship clothing, fabric art, and wall hangings) will ship within 7 business days of purchasing and should arrive within 5-7 days after shipping unless previously communicated. Custom-made pieces take 6-9 weeks to make and will be shipped within 7 business days of completion.

Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order shop update items are available to ship within the US and Canada. Customers are responsible for customs and import fees when applicable.

Custom orders can be shipped almost everywhere in the world! If you live outside of the US and Canada and are placing a custom order, you will receive a PayPal invoice after we finalize the design to pay for the piece, shipping, and customs/VAT fees if applicable. International customers will be responsible for paying for the actual cost of shipping and customs fees (you will be given an estimate before receiving the invoice so there is no surprise). International shipping is new to us so please be patient as we work out the quirks!

Returns

Thread + Sprout does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges (as I am a one-person show). If you feel your order is defective or damaged, please contact me with details :)

If you purchased a Thread + Sprout item second-hand, I am unable to offer returns, exchanges, alterations, or fixes.
