Placing an Order

Orders on www.threadandsprout.com have the following process:

You choose the Products;

You enter your payment information and choose a delivery address;

Authorization of payment;

We send you a confirmation of the receipt of the order by email as soon as the payment has been processed;

We collect the payment from your bank account;

We dispatch the products;

You receive the products.

*international and Canadian customers are responsible for all VAT/custom and import fees.

Ordering

Please double-check that all information is entered correctly as no amendments can be made after an order is processed.

Production Timeline

Unless previously communicated, all items that are custom or made-to-order can take up to 9 weeks for production. Pre-made items are already made and will ship within 7 business days of order placement and take 5 - 7 business days to ship to the destination via USPS.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the site from time to time. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to THREADANDSPROUT.COM. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the packing of your order by Thread + Sprout. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

Representation of Products

The presentation of the colors of the Products on this website depends amongst others on the settings of your monitor and the graphic card of the visitor of the website. The colors presented may, therefore, differ from the actual colors of the products.

Squarespace

Thread + Sprout is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases, and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Images + Designs

All images on threadandsprout.com are the property of Justice McNeil, owner of Thread + Sprout and Justice Mae Studio, LLC. You may not use these images without the permission of Justice McNeil. If you steal these images or designs you are guaranteed bad karma (and I may pursue legal action).
