For the vests, I recommend having 1-5 inches of ease around the bust depending on your desired fit/amount of flowy-ness. The bust measurement is twice the pit-to-pit measurement. Meaning, measure your own bust/chest and select a size that has a bust circumference of 1-5 inches more than your own.
